WOW! These are great shots Paul! So sharp! What lens were you using? What ever it was, it is working!

Thanks guys for your kind remarks.

I used a 70-200VR with TC-14E on a D300. However, the success rate was low, out of 1400 shots I had approx. 40 keepers.

The biggest problem was blurred pics, followed by a poor exposure. I obviously need to work on my techique.

amazing shots Paul. love #1. those old fighters are so awesome. the one in #2 looks like the plane that went over my house this past week. i wonder if it was him, its not to far to fly from there to here.
