Quebec City's Old Town is one of my favourite places to shoot. The beautiful old neighbourhoods, the floral decorations in window boxes, the cobbled streets and the 17th century feel make it a living fairytale.
One if my favourite areas is the area around the city wall and, in particular, this spot.
The Porte St Louis is one of the few remaining gates in the old city wall and it looks into the old town. Going through it from the Parliament area is like stepping back 300 years and it is truly a breath of fresh air.
