TMZ3200 in LC29 - Times?

Discussion in 'Film Forum' started by John C, Apr 2, 2007.

  1. Hi all,

I'm directing this mainly at Lynn, as I know it's a combination he's used.

The references I can find so far (one, on the massive dev chart) give a time of 11mins 30seconds at 20°c, where the film has been exposed at 3200 (mine has).

I'd be interested in whether this seems an appropriate time, and results with differing times, if anyone has them.

  2. Decided to go with 11 mins 30seconds in the end, and Ilford inversions (4 in each first ten seconds of the minute).

The negs are drying now, I'll post back with how they look tomorrow :)

Ah, you Englishmen! Always sleeping during the afternoon.
  6. Lol :)

Anyway, here's a couple - this was the last roll of film shot in my OM40 before it went to its new home, I'm pleased with how it turned out, overall.

One thing I did on this roll, that I suspect you've all been doing for years is hang the negatives diagonally - they seem to be cleaner and have less drying marks than the last lot I did.
