Critique Tonight's appetizer

Canteloupe wrapped in prosciutto and dipped in syrupy balsamic vinegar. Great way to begin our Italian evening.

Setup
The fork was held in place by a super clamp. A small continuous-light lamp was on the left and a medium one was on the right. A white reflector handheld above the scene brightened only the fork.
