Never been to any of these. My friend just went to Thailand and asked me to go but I didnt have $1300 for the airfare alone.

I have to say if you're going to make the trip to Vancouver make a point of coming to Victoria. It has gorgeous landscapes and the old architecture of the Parliament buildings. Give it a search you wont regret it.
