Torness sea defences

  1. Torness nuclear power station sits on the southern shore of the Firth of Forth east of Edinburgh.

  4. Very interesting photograph...the various contrasts appeal to my eye. The contrast between the heavy, dark, man-made shapes in the foreground against the soft, light, natural background makes for a very interesting photograph.

    Interesting and appealing. Those different shades produced by the facets of the concrete thingummies are fascinating.

    A beautifully composed and processed scene, John!
    The contrast on many levels makes it a strong image as well.
