Took me a few seconds but I get it. The <expected response> quotes are just in case your wife reads what you wrote. Good idea! Always write safely! I've probably used trees for support more than anything (without climbing). I'd probably be in trouble out in the Southwest with the pin cushions.

The Feisol works great. Topped it off with a Kirk BH-3. No complaints - - - - yet.

The Bogen/Manfrotto Neotec is a beauty.

However I opted fot the Bogen/ Manfrotto CF 441 with a 460 head.
I also have one of their Monopods 682 and a 486 head.
Both good for me.
