...some of the suggestions like crop tighter, shoot vertical. Let 'er rip, as it is the only way to improve! I realize these look a bit soft, but the actual files look fine...need to work on my resizing "skills" (as if that were all that needed work):frown:

I promise that it all comes with practice...

I have watched probably 120 fastpitch softball games through a camera viewfinder over the past year (~60k shutter snaps - yes, really...) and only now feel like I am making the kinds of images I really like!

Practice Practice Practice

After a while, the challenge becomes coming up with a new idea for an angle that is new and fresh!

chemisti...with 3 games left, I dont think I will snap off the remaining 59,300+ pix to reach you 60k count, but I sure will have fun trying!
Gale...yeah, at this age they tend to give it all they got (which tends to run out by the end of the 4th inning :smile: )
