Two favorite Fall wildflowers

That first shot is fantastic. The separation of the flower from the background both tonally and via focus is very attractive.

What pretty flowers. That red is so pretty!! The first flower is spectacular!! Do you use a tripod for your flower shots when you are out in the woods?
