Phlox getting ready to open
They are both nice but the 2nd one is my favorite.
I have to agree with Gordon. Both are lovely, but the second is really special. Can't wait to see after the lovely flower has bloomed.
Very nice, Gilles. Love the 2nd one especially.
I like the second one, particularly for composition.
But that first one is a thing of beauty. Very nice work. I'd hang that one up.
Oh yes, the second is sweet!
Nice macro work, Gilles. Agreed with Gordon and Leigh. The #2 is special. To me, it looks like towers emerging from dream clouds.
Wonderful stuff! The two in the background of the second looked like ice cream cone ;-)
Are these captured using the 5700?
Both done with the 200 micro-nikkor at f11-16, I find that the more you get near 1:1 it is very difficult to have a sharp picture when you have wind. The great advantage of this lens is that it can rotate around the collar which give great advantage for composition.
