Two flowers from this morning

    I have to agree with Gordon. Both are lovely, but the second is really special. Can't wait to see after the lovely flower has bloomed.

  5. I like the second one, particularly for composition.

    But that first one is a thing of beauty. Very nice work. I'd hang that one up.

  7. Nice macro work, Gilles. Agreed with Gordon and Leigh. The #2 is special. To me, it looks like towers emerging from dream clouds.

    Are these captured using the 5700?

  9. Both done with the 200 micro-nikkor at f11-16, I find that the more you get near 1:1 it is very difficult to have a sharp picture when you have wind. The great advantage of this lens is that it can rotate around the collar which give great advantage for composition.
