Two From Red Rock Canyon

  1. Red Rock Canyon is a short drive away from the strip in Las Vegas. It is a photographer's paradise. D70, Tamron 28-300 (my travel light lens), CP.

  5. Very interseting landscape. I have been to Vegas 5 times but, never made it out there. I will have to the next time I visit.

    I achieved the colors with an old Nikon CP that I bought a a garage sale for $5. The light in LV is exceptional especially if you come from NJ.

  9. Red Rock canyon is on West Charleston Blvd, 15 miles west of Las Vegas Blvd. About a 20 minute ride.
