RAW Converters: Bibble (non-Free), UFraw, RawStudio, Rawtherapee, Dcraw (Commandline) Rawdrop (GUI frontend for Dcraw).

Sorry for the repeats. Easy to test them out, there are some extremely viable options for *nix now. Some years ago, this was a major hurdle that I spent much time on.

Extras:

DAM: There are some DAM applications as well, I tried a few of them and could not find one that suited me. Digikam was fairly good if I recall correctly (I still use Windows and IMatch). Picassa is also available (simple DAM), f-spot is another option as well.

Color management (profiling monitor, printer, scanners, etc.): Argyll and LProf.

Enjoy!
