upside-down house

Discussion in 'Miscellany' started by VictorM, Apr 28, 2007.

  1. Here is an upside down house. It's actually a reflection in a large puddle of water, and I rotated in vertically so it looks right side up.

The 2nd picture is the original, and I think that perspective makes it more obvious that it's a reflection. What I like about the first one, is that it confuses the mind, and looks "ordinary" until you look closer and realize something is not right about it.

    What do you think??

Neat. I like reflections. It puts a different spin on how we see things. I really prefer the corrected one.

  5. True, I should have been more mysterious

I was pretty surprised when I saw it. It was an overcast day with lots of diffuse light and I always assumed I'd get better reflections on a sunny day, so I learned something

    Thanks.
