I have read somewhere that it is better to resize in increments as opposed to going from one res to another in one go. Can someone tell me why? One person has suggested you should move in 110% increments?

    Thanks

Older versions of photoshop had limited interpolation methods. During that time small increments of upsizing seem to work best. Now you have options like Bicubic Smoother, that is good for enlarging images. This method was designed to facilitate upsizing and to replace stepped sizing.

Thanks for that information, i never knew that and i have used V7 - CS2! So basically i can upsize straight to the required size in CS2?

    Thanks again

  4. I use Fred Miranda's PS Pro to upsize. It does it in steps and is a very simple plug in to use.
