Wonderful! Thanks for sharing; it is always nice to look at home through the eyes of a visitor. I once showed my pictures of Denmark to my Danish friends and they shared their pictures of the US. It was amazing the things we each chose to photograph.

Have a safe trip home and hang on to those memories.

Oh Bertrand! It looks like you're leaving your heart here the way you have captured so many wonderful places in our country! All this wonderful series needed was music AMERICAN THE BEAUTIFUL!!! I hope you have a safe trip back home, have enjoyed your visit, and will post more when you have time! I dearly love the thoughtfulness I could see in each photo! Okay, I'll shut up now.....

That's a great bunch of shots. Do you mean you never did photography before coming to the states? That's cool that you have something to take back that will be with you the rest of your life. Tell your countrymen we're really not bad over here and post more from home. Bon voyage.

Thanks everybody for your kind words.
I am glad you liked the pictures.
Yes I will definitely come back, there are many places I have not had the chance to visit.

Hi Dez, I usually go there on Saturdays, and I like pretty much watching and shooting the game. Even if I do not get all the rules...

I indeed bought my first camera last September when I was studying in Boston. The US is a great place to start shooting DSLR. There are so many things.
However I am sure I will enjoy shooting Paris and Toulouse (my hometown in the South of France) very very much :smile:

Thanks a lot!
In the list of all the list I had to do before I leave NY there was "going to Dumbo to shoot the Brooklyn Bridge and Downtown at night"
I did it tonight and I am very happy with the resutl. Clearly my D100 could never had done such a clean job. I will try to post some of them tomorrow or the day after.
