You should never send out phishing emails - or any email containing malware. Doing so may get you blocked and flagged as a malicious sender. Other innocent emails you send may then bounce. In the worst case your ISP will get blacklisted and if that happens they will close your account. Telling them that you were just doing it to be helpful will not impress them.
If you really need to show someone a phishing email make a screenshot and send them that.
If you need to send a malicious email to a security analyst you should zip it, encrypt the contents, and send the zip file as an attachment with a note explaing what it is.
Your good intentions can easily backfire on you.
