Post hike stop at the Cypress lookout.
Was that up the Grouse Grind?
Beautiful image, West!
No, that's at Grouse Mountain, we did Cypress mountain. My son has done the grind in 50 minutes, me never.
Here's a view from the top. 1,224 metres. My body still hurts.
Love the second conversion! And all the detail.
Here is where metric lets you down: 4015 feet sounds so much more impressive
That first shot is excellent!
Well worth the effort!
Better still 1,224,000 millimetres
These guys could have gone again, I've scratched it off my bucket list ... no mas
The ship really makes the first photo. My wife and I will take a day trip or two to Vancouver in the spring. Though we like hiking, 4015 feet is quite a bit too much for us. I do know that if we did the hike, we would do it in record time...for the longest time ever recorded.
Outstanding, West! They are all beautiful!
You will enjoy the level and scenic "sea wall"
Making an excellent series, West!
Beautiful processing, kind of a vintage look.
For our next visit north of the border ... is there a road to this vantage point?
Ken (aka old guy with a bad knee ...)
All outstanding images! I especially like your traveling companions!
Sadly NO. It's a 2 1/2 hour death hike up a mountain (each way) The trail is poor with lots of slippery tree roots, rock and mud. You can drive up to the Cypress lookout which is about 1/4 way up (first photo)
Thanks ... I'll definitely give that a try next time we're up there!!
Great set West. I love them all. Also congrats for your effort.
