The Shuttleworth Collection is an organisation which preserves and flies old aircraft from the early years of the 2oth century. They had one of their displays yesterday.

Weather has been very bad this year, but yesterday the rain held off although the weather was cloudy. Some great flying.

Nice images. For me, the P51 is one of the most beautiful airplanes every built. Thanks for those shots.

Thanks guys. It was a good day out and a great atmosphere.

I believe the Sopwith Triplane inspired the design of the Fokker Triplane (of Red Baron fame).

Westland Lysander (this plane had short take-off and landing capability and was used to land and recover agents in France during WW2, hence the black camouflage).
