Warning - Shocking Pink

    Almost hurts my eyes :eek:

    D300, 60mm AF-S, tripod, aperture priority, suspended in a light tent and lit by two domestic halogen lights.

  4. Oh thats stunning, beautiful image, the petals look like some paper Mache that you folded around and then cut into petals, is it real:smile:
     
  5. Ouch! That's really painful - and my TFT runs at 19% brightness :eek: 

    But the sharpness is exceptional.

    And next time when you find a flower, don't put it in your trouser pocket to carry it home :biggrin:!

    Thanks for the nice comments!

    I picked this from someones garden and had to carry it some distance home, shielding it from the wind with my other hand but I think it's a pretty crinkly flower to start with!
