    Washington State - July 2008 (Yes I'm still processing my photos :biggrin:)

    Mount St Helens (I always visit here at midday for some reason).

    I didn't really like Sol Duc Falls, so I shot the trees instead.

  5. I think it looks a bit silly, but I tend to be more of a realist. Not to say that it doesn't look cool in a way, it's just not my taste.

  7. Nice landscapes. Regarding the last picture I tend to agree with Peter. Apart from the rays being a bit overdone and not coming from the position of the sun, I would expect the light to be warmer if the sun was that low.
    I would also not expect light rays pointing upwards, this would require that the sun was hiding relatively close behind that tree :wink:, instead of far out in space.

    Nice series, it remind me of our time in your beautiful Washington state. As for the opinion on the "exagerated" lightning, it's a tad too much...

  12. Very nice. I always feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place. Yes it rains a lot but we sure do have some beauty here.
