Water droplets

i'm not a flower or nature photographer so this might not even be good lol but i wanted to try using the 85 1.4 stopped down as a sort of macro by cropping some.. of course with the d700 you cant really crop much.

i really liked how the water droplets popped with the colors here.

Cool shot - IMO it works because of the drops and use of color in the composition. Kind of a rolling hills effect.

thanks guys :) who knew some boring petals outside could be somewhat interesting lol.

it was really the color and the water droplets that drew me to this.

I always like the waterdrop shots, that is what brought me to open it. I am no expert but what do YOU think about lowering the highlights a little? Might be my screen but some of the front bubbles look like white paint dropped on it and it loses the refraction. But the color contrast between the purple and green looks great.
