    Welcome to the forum. You'll find some very nice and talented people here. Your photos look good. Was there something in particular that you were trying to do that didn't come out or are you just asking in general? I would say exposure looks good. You had a tough situation with the sun, shade and water highlights. My only comment would be on the composition. A tighter crop, move the subjects out of the center of frame and lead the viewer’s eye more. For instance in the first you could have placed the raft more to the right to show where they were going in an effort to convey movement. On that note you could have slowed the shutter a bit for a little motion blur just as an experiment.
