[Wax-like Flowers] *UGH*

Discussion in 'Macro, Flowers, Insects, and Greenery' started by Kevin_d50, May 19, 2007.

  1. I just can't get my head around these flowers,
they are of a wax-like nature and highly reflective.
They keep foolin' me when shootin' em. *UGH*

    Pick o the bunch here.

  2. That sort of flower surface texture has given me fits too. There are many flowers I just don't shoot anymore because I never found the right light for them. Orchids, some lillies, etc.

I think the light just needs to be a diffuse as possible.

    Nice images nonetheless.

  3. Thanks Beezle!
    5 000+ posts - hectic :D
