We have babies!

Visited Wakodahatchee Wetlands this week. First time in months. It was full of wood storks with babies. I have never seen so many, all talking at the same time. The cacophony was wonderful.

The one baby in the top image looks like a little old man! These little guys are so homely they're cute, aren't they?!

You got some great shots here, I especially like Number 4, both parents looking in the same direction.....

Oops, I didn't pay enough attention to the earlier shots -- now I indeed see the difference!!! You've got Woodstorks of all ages there! LOL!

I was fascinated by the Woodstorks when I was in Florida many years ago, as I'd never seen them before. Intriguing looking birds, aren't they? I have a few photos somewhere in my archives. A head and face only a mother could love.....such striking contrast to the beautiful white feathers.

So it's true...Storks really DO deliver babies. Faces only a mother stork could love. Great exposure on the flight shot too.
