  1. Funny what you see when you are looking. This was shot with my D2H, 70-200mm VR lens, handheld.

    ohhh ohhh ooooh

I REALLY LIKE THIS. Extremely eye pleasing and relaxing. Love the colors.

The acrylic paint you sprayed on it to make it shiney :>)) (hahaha)
    is really beautiful.

To me that is a perfect image.

    Thank you for sharing.

I am going to steal it. Interpolate it and print it 30x40 and put it on my wall in front of this computer.

oh did I tell you I like this image. :>)
  3. Gale I have to tell you that your response gave me a good chuckle. Thanks for looking and for your kind comments. This was taken at Sand Hollow State Park, it was a good day.

Hey that is some pretty neat composition you put together there, I like the colors of this one.

  7. Thanks Frank, Dao and Todd, I appreciate your
encouraging words. One thing about being a photographer is you do start looking at things differently. The scenery around here was so beautiful one would hardly notice a few weeds sticking up out of the water.

You never did answer our questions about the new avatar.... :?

The tie wasn't that bad, honest.... :p

  9. Love the cloud reflection in the water.......look what you get....a smiley for your efforts :D
  10. Uncle Frank shamed me into a more sedate avatar.
  11. Thank you that's my first smiley face today.
  12. Gordon -

That's like an impressionist painting with a 21st century detail added to it. Love the colors, composition, flow, feel. You name it. One of the most artistic shots I've seen in a while. Thanks for the reminder to stop and look with a different eye...
  13. Thanks David, I almost missed it because of the beautiful scenery all around. Here it was right under my feet so to speak.
