Went out to Horseshoe State Park today to try the 300mm f/4 with my 1.7 t/c and caught this GBH with a heck of a nice fish.It was pretty windy out there so it may had something to do with a little softness in a few shots. So I am not real sure about this set up,it was still nice to get out for a while:smile:

Had the 1.4 t/c with me but just didn't get it on in time, until I can fulfill my lens lust once again the little 300mm f/4 is a fine piece of glass:smile:

They sure can gulp some big stuff down.
That reminds me of the picture I got my avatar from.
Thanks Chris, they can do amazing things with that mouth:eek:

Nice series, big fish, bigger bird:)
Thank you Jeff for taking a look:smile:

Wow, what a mouthful indeed! That's a lot of fish to choke down.
Thanks Sandi, this bird was catching bigger fish than the fisherman were today:biggrin:
