What can I do about this?

I've found one of mine pictures being stolen off of my pbase site.
This is my picture.

The thing that pissed me off is the fact that he crop my Copyright out and put his own on it. I can't seem to find the contact information.

I found one pirated off my pbase as well. Came across it by accident
I settled the matter peacefully
