I'm not sure what I did. I used Tri-X TXP 320, developed with T-Max developer. Scanned all on the EPSON V500 with Vue-Scan software. why do these negs look solarized while the others don't ? I even rescanned them, and still had the same results. I dunno

It shure does look like ICE was on.

  5. Try Epson's software?

  6. Michael,

Not sure what to tell you. I use a V500 and VueScan and have scanned plenty of TXP320, but I always use D 76 or HC-110, but that should not make much of a difference.

Off the cuff, it looks like the curves are messed up. Give me some time and I will try to get something useful.

When you look at the negatives, do they look normal? This does look like a scanning problem.

The negs look pretty normal to me. I think it is a scanning problem, I'll fool with it later tonight if I get a chance, otherwise it will be next week as I work on Sat. and Sun. nites.

I rescanned the same negative with the EPSON software and again with VueScan.

    EPSON:

    VueScan:

    2809751381_3e00194b58_o.

    Probably an operator error.

  10. If it's any consolation, I've never had very good luck with Vuescan.

  11. I've been very pleased with the Epson scanning software...if only Nikon would get a clue...
