where's middle stump - then - i realised it wasnt cricket
that is correct...
but, you are on the right track
Hmm, is it a 'thing' for croquet?
yes it is
I thought 'ouch', but I don't know why. Then I also thought 'the middle stump is missing', but I know Greg is from Florida and has maybe never seen a set of stumps. I'm an expat 'bok and still enjoy watching an ODI or 20/20 game whenever I get the chance, which is not very often.
Good one Greg.
this picture was taken less than 1.5 miles from my house
i had NO idea that the Belleview Biltmore Hotel had a croquet court (as i think it is called)
 I thought, that has got to be one skinny horse to jump that! LOL
Wooh! I guess everyone has to be good at something!
I've never actually played the game, maybe I should sometime. Thanks for the puzzle Greg.
Coming late to the dance, but Greg, any fool knows Cricket has 3 stumps and bails that rest on top!
(expat from England/India)
Nice teaser Greg!
little tiny ponies.....
now THAT would peg the CUTE METER... wouldn't it?
you are welcome...
maybe i'll go out there and play soon
if i remember correctly... i think my parents gave me a set 30 years ago and i used to play in our back yard....
a couple of times
who knows... i'm too old to remember, for sure
i appreciate that
