    I find the 1.4 TC version III works quite well with the 500mm.
     
  15. I do to, for some reason I thought this was the 1.4 on the 200-500
     
  16. the tc is invisible on the 500e, I misread your title and thought this was the 200-500

  18. I read yours and it got me thinking, my 500 almost lives w/ a 1.4 even more so now that I'm shooting more FX
