What I want to know is who pulled the plug on the ocean, not where the 'soap' came from.

Ok I'll fess up!!
This is a small lock that seperates the breakwater from a marshland pond and after a couple visits I figured out when it opens
Hope that's not cheating
The snowy sitting there is all natural and his own idea, I promise :lol:
