Just got my hi-capacity RRS B II pro II monopod head and thought I would give it a try with the 400 VR and no sooner was I out on the back porch
this little gem landed in a tree about 50 yds out. I believe it is a juvy Redtail:confused:  I am a happy camper with this new toy... I mean equipment:biggrin:

Isn't it sweet when we get shots like this in our backyard! Way to go Tim. Sounds like you are happy with your new gear (toy:biggrin:) .

As far as I.D.'ing this bird...I am thinking its a 1st year Juvy Broad Winged Hawk, but I am by no means an expert in this field.

  3. Tim great capture. Very sharp. Congrats on the new equip.
