  1. My subject is a lingering yellow rose I found yesterday in Palo Alto while on Real Estate Broker's tour. It has a subtle beauty, which I've used it to create in my latest smart object compostion. This is the image I used to create the background. I made it into a smart object before I started this composition.

This is the othe image I started with. I also converteds it into a smart object.

I opened a new canvas and placed each image on the canvas and then experimented from there. This is the composition I can up with, which I call "Yellow Roses".

I hope you enjoy the result.

P.S. I used the D70 with 70-200VR and 17IIE TC for the photographs

    Hi Virginia

    Nice one AGAIN!

I really like what you do with images in this style - really effective.

    Must ask though.....smart object?

What does it do please and what is its purpose?

    All the best

    Ray
