When I delivered my friends' New Year's Day meal kit so we could have our annual dinner to kick off the New Year though this time as a Zoom session, they had several wines waiting for me. This is the last one of them.

Morellino is the name the locals of Scansano give to the wine grape, Sangiovese.

The white reflector added the reflection to the bottle's shoulder and neck. Fifteen focus-bracketed images at Nikon step size 3 were stacked in Helicon Focus at default settings.

I like the lighting. The angular presentation is different.

It's interesting how localized the wine industry is in Europe compared to the US.

Very true. Some French villages in the 18th century even changed their name to include the name of a famous vineyard located within the village's borders. They hoped that doing so would improve the local economy.
