Winter arboretum set

  3. Thx! I don't do much processing on my shots though, most of it is just white balance correction, a slight contrast curve, and some dodge n burn.

    On this one I didn't do a dodge n burn simply because there's nothing to dodge n burn. I did use selective color to bring the bring the greens out more. I warmed up the shot after the raw conversion and wanted to cool the greens back down.


    That's the basic jpeg straight out of the D70, resized and converted to srgb.


    That's after the raw conversion. Warmed it up since I was shooting from the shade side of the flower and bumped the gamma slightly in anticipation of the contrast curve (which brings it back down).

    What settings did you use for that one. I am pretty good at blowing out skys lolol
    But also need to leave something as well ...lol

    I really like numbers 1-4. The lighting is soft and the DOF is wonderful.
