Woman in the little girl

This is one from a recent family portrait session that I did. It took a little while of talking and interacting with this girl to get her to not give me a 'cheese' smile whenever I lifted the camera to my eye. No, the background is real, not painted...

Nice picture of little girl but there seem to be some PPing oddities

there seems to be a halo around her head from the vignetting.
there are symmetrical white patches on her cheekbones and slight arcs above each of her eyebrows.

I love the picture especially her eyes and the color so I didn't even notice the other at first. But, after you mentioned it I did. So how would you fix that?

It looks to me like these problems are the result of post processing. The best thing to do would be to go back to the original file and start again.
