Woodpecker in Flight...Sort of

I was playing around in the backyard last night with the D500 and a new 200-500mm. I caught this guy just as he was leaving his perch on a tree. Gotta love that 10 frames per second. 1/000 sec, f5.6, ISO 400

Yes, I believe it is a Downy, based on what I've been seeing in my yard, and the fact that I can't spot any red on his belly.
