Since they seem to be creating various member ID's, just report it and include their name so we can zap them!

Doesn't a reported post/PM automatically generate the senders' username to the Mod Squad?

You need to limit what new members can do to prevent this kind of stuff. We implemented a 10 post count rule before someone can use PM's on another forum that was getting littered with spammers that would sign up and not do anything for weeks/months which made it hard to catch them (and use the built-in spam functionality). Limiting what a spammer can do after they sign up gives them less incentive to bother with that forum. Our spam rate is near zero now whereas I was sniping about 5-10 a day.

Using an IP address to ban 'em may be the way!

Many of them don't use the same IP address over and over. You'll catch a few, but VPN's are so commonplace these days IP bans don't do as much good as they used to.
