Yellowstone Elk

Still digging through my vacation photos (from mid July). I stopped on this elk in Yellowstone and thought I'd upload this guy. I really like it. I could use a better lens for this stuff, but for vacation photos I guess it's fine. Tamron 28-300VC. It's too slow to focus.

Thanks everyone. Wouldn't it be nice if Nikon made an f/1.4 14-300mm lens that was as big as a Tamron 28-300 and costs $700? That's a dream world though.
