I love the expression too. There clearly is intelligence and personality showing in those eyes. That lens is sharp too, which surprises me. I don’t recall seeing such a sharp image posted from this lens. I wonder if there is there variation in IQ between them, or simply a different is technique/skill of the poster?

I've had pretty good luck with this lens as long as I can hold it still. It's not light and when zoomed out to 500mm every little twitch shows up in the image. Most of my shots are hand held too so I shoot a lot to get a few good ones :wink:
