It wouldn't be a Nikon camera without a service advisory, right?

I'll have to check my Z6 when I get home, but based on reading the thread at DPR it seems that the initial batch of Z6's are not subject to the issue, which is good news for me since I bought mine on launch day.

Same here. I just checked mine on the site and it is not affected either and mine was a launch day purchase.

I also got a launch edition of the Z7 via NPS. Not affected.

Mine isn't either.

I wonder how many copies it does effect and if it's just a regional thing.

I got my z7 at the launch and it is it affected. Now to se ow eye focus works.

Just received a Z6 Tuesday. Not affected. Has a 302XXXX serial number.

Based in the UK I bought my Z7 in December 2018, 6006 serial number sequence, Nikon states not affected.
