On our recent Southwestern U.S. trip, my wife and I revisited Zion National Park. We had only been there for a brief visit in 1980 (with our two children then ages 6 and 10), so this was almost like a first visit! We enjoyed it thoroughly.

One of my very favorite places. You captured it so well. I also watched your Angel's Landing thread. I know I can't go to the top, as I have a balance problem. But, maybe I could go as far as you did.

Were you able to hike the narrows? That is my favorite hike ever!!

Very nice and a great advertisement to visit that part of the world.

Thanks, and indeed it is a great area to visit. My wife and I accumulated a long list of places we didn't get to for the next trip.

Thanks, Terri. As you may have noticed in the pictures, the Virgin River was high and muddy, and the trail was closed at the end of the paved area.

Looks like you enjoyed some beautiful weather and a very full river! Nice shots!

Yes indeed.
