I had a little bit of fun with ND Filters and a 30 second exposure on my Nikon D5100 with the 40mm F2.8 micro lens:

At 60 MPH, the cars are moving way too fast for a 30 second exposure to record any hint of them.

I'm sorry the color is a bit off, I used cheap ND filters for this test and they do have problems with color shift.

It looks super Bob. I like your choice of lenses too. The only lens I would trade would be 55-300 for the 55-200

When I chose the lens, I was torn, the 55-200 takes the same 52mm filter as the 18-55 and the 40mm micro lens, BUT having that little extra bit of range always helps....
