Seems to be smaller changes but I'm curious if they have done anything else they are not talking about?

Seriously ... thanks. I'm heading off on a couple week trip on Saturday and this will give me a day or two to make sure it's OK. Which, by the way, it seems to be. Snapped a couple of quick images in my dining room (mix of florescent and tungsten light) and I'd have to say the WB does actually look a bit better. May be my imagination, but I'll give Nikon the benefit of the doubt!!

I think I also saw there's new firmware for the D3's as well.

I updated my D700 with no problems.

The Auto-ISO improvement is great!!

Probably they fixed the memory-card-issue reported by several D3-users (such as me).

My D3-update ran succesfully as well.

There is also a FW update for the D300s once it gets listed on the Nikon USA site...for us here in the USA that is

Nikon USA has the D3 firmware update although they do not draw your attention to it. If you check for the latest firmware updates, it is there; I just finished downloaded 2.2.
